How much does the buoycatcher and long pole weigh?
The pole and hook have a combined weight of under 3.3 lbs.
Do I need to tie a knot with the line when using the mooring hook?
No. Simply pass the mooring line through the Buoycatcher eyelet and hold it on the pole until you reach the buoy ring.
What is the return policy?
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact support@moorbuoys.com before returning your order.
Is there a product warranty?
The stainless steel Max head is backed by a LIFETIME warranty against manufacturing defects, including issues with materials, welds, or hardware during normal use. It doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper storage. If you run into an issue, just contact support@moorbuoys.com with your proof of purchase and we’ll be happy to help.
